Jelena Kanjuh received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, focusing on HR Management at her Master course at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. She accepted the scholarship opportunity and continued her Ph.D. in Moscow at MESI University, in the field of Innovation Management – how to use data to improve HR processes and communication.

As a Business and Communication Consultant in her own agency for almost 10 years, she was working with startups, middle and big holding companies in the field of marketing and communication, talent management, business processes, and product/service development. She is moved by a desire for making improvements and needs-driven changes. That puts her in the position to explore Front-end, OOP, Data Analytics, Python, etc. Her engineering mindset in combination with extensive communication experience and business development, helped in the process of digitizing EEU region, while she was holding the position of Data Sourcing Manager at HERE Technologies.

Today, you can find her helping a young agency, Digital Circle, to become a regional leader in the field of digital communication and marketing.
