Prof. Dr. Hans Tschürtz

Prof. Dr. Hans Tschürtz has gained technical experience within more than 20 years in the private industry. This includes activities as a development engineer and project manager in big multi-site-projects. He is currently responsible for leading the “Vienna Institute for Safety and Systems Engineering” (VISSE) and the master study program “Safety and Systems Engineering” on the University of Applied Sciences FH Campus Wien. One of his major research-issues is “Inherent System Safety for Autonomous Systems in the Context of System-of-Systems”. He is graduated engineer in the field of technical-science. Moreover he has finished three master of science programs and is certified as a senior project manager.
